Nine Out Of Ten People Like Chocolate,
The Tenth Person Always Lies.
I happened to give a surprise to my beloved cousin recently. But the surprise I discovered after that was not intended. It was unpredictable. I baked a surprise cake for her birthday. After icing and frosting, some scratch of vanilla sponge was left. I was wondering what to do with these pieces.
I am never in favor of wasting food. In my opinion, the food we waste may fill some hungry tummy around us. Well, during my brainstorming, I had an idea.
The idea was so delightful that it pushed my soul again towards my kitchen work place. Here is what I made by recycling of the scratch vanilla sponge.
1/2 cup vanilla sponge crumbs
2 tablespoons of whipped cream
2 tablespoons of white chocolate
2 tablespoons of condensed milk
Caramel sauce (as required)
I crushed the remaining pieces of cake. So, I got 1/2 cup cake crumbs.
I took 2 tablespoons of whipped cream (remaining from the cake decorating).
I mixed them with 2 tablespoons of white chocolate chips.
Then made small balls of this dough.
Don’t try to crush the white chocolate chips, as they will fill your mouth with sweetness as you’ll bite them.
Now I put some condensed milk on the balls.
Drizzle some caramel sauce over the balls.
Its ready to make your teeth littered with the sweetness of white chocolate.
Happy sweet tooth!
